I'm going to be missing the World Series circuit events in Shreveport starting tomorrow until I feel I have a super solid handle on this competition. Right now it's to the point where one day off can make the difference. The whole series lasts ~2 weeks so if things look good regarding the competition, I'll be able to catch the later half of it.
My weekend play was sort of sloppy but I'm pretty sure I have my head on straight now. The last few sessions I've put in have been really focused and contained virtually no tilt. I've decided that it's time for this current set up to go as well. My comp has been lagging with all my tables up so I haven't been on skype, listened to music, or even had any web pages open during my sessions which seems to be the norm. I've lived in this place for well over a year now and I still haven't gotten another desk either. After playing 8-15 hours a day 7 days in a row, I've realized I need just a litttttle bit more comfort and functionality. I've had this set up since I played the $6/18s on stars and it's been fantastic but def overdue. Picking up new equipment should be pretty fun as well.
For the first time in a while I can finally say my health is improving again. This week I started cutting out the junk food, drinking more water, and running. Yes, my arms are in fact sore just from the running, but at least it's a start lol. I've been super sore since starting and finally got a massage today which helped a ton. Between all the volume and poker stress I think it's a good idea to get one every week this month and see how it goes.
I feel I got the rust knocked off everything these past few days and will really be looking to pound the nails in the coffin this week.
Legit mix for all you Zelda fans haha.
Thanks for stopping by,

I am interested in details of rakeback. I play on Carbon Poker, on Merge network. I play with you sometimes, I am "grindingonthemerge"
I meant it is good to know that someone mentioned also having trouble finding the same information elsewhere. This was the first place that tells me the answer. Thanks.
